As a love letter to romantic comedies of the 1990s, this is the story of Hugh (a British baker), who finds and loses Savannah (a fashion-obsessed yank), in the big apple, from 1990 to 1999.

 

Both are set to winning their initial meet-cute bet: who can achieve The Big 3 (great sex-life, endless wealth and a happy relationship) first?

 

They're to meet every 3 years at Christmas in Central Park – each time to show how close they are to beating each other. If they both fail – they must spend their 30th birthdays together. Unless that's been their plan all along?
